1. What is a Life and Wellness Coach?
A Life and Wellness Coach is a coach, teacher, motivator, supporter and sometimes, mentor. A Life Coach is there to listen to you and help you identify beliefs that may be holding you back.
You can consider me as a personal coach for YOU. I will listen, support and guide you so that you can set goals and help you acheive your goals so that you can start living the life you want. If you are unsure what your goals are, I can help you identify what your passions are and guide you to the “new” you.

3. How will I be coached?
Please contact me so that we can arrange a mutally convenient time. Each session will last 50 minutes. Coaching can be done by telephone or by Skype.
I will call you. Outside of the U.S and Canada, there could be some additional cost if you don’t have Skype or you have the option of calling me.
4. What is the difference between a coach and therapist?
A coach and therapist are very different. They both have different qualifications and education. Therapy will explore the past and will try to help the client heal from the past. A coach will focus on the present and future, helping the client resolve limiting beliefs that are holding them back.
5. How long would we work together?
This will depend on each individual and situation.
6. How much does Coaching cost?
Depending on what your needs are. I have special packages available and will only work with clients for a minimum of 4 sessions. Please contact me for a free 30 minute consultation and we can discuss packages that are available.
7. Can I be coached?
Anyone can be coached provided they are open to being coached.
